ANC to Storm Gbarnga

first_imgThe newly established opposition political party, the National Alternative Congress (ANC) has selected the provincial capital of Bong County, Gbarnga, to host its 2014 National Convention, the Chairman of the convention committee has revealed.According to the Chairman of the national convention committee of the ANC, G. Alfred Bee, the convention will be held on Friday March 28-Sunday March 30, 2014.Mr. Bee, in a release issued in Monrovia on Monday March 3, said the upcoming national convention would elect the National Executive Committee of the ANC and set the national Policy Agenda of the party.The ANC stalwart explained the convention is expected to draw Liberians in their masses from the Diaspora; including those from the United States, Europe, and Asia. Others are expected to arrive from other African Countries to swell the center-most part of Bong County.“The ANC has scheduled its National Convention for Friday, March 28-Sunday March 30, 2014 in the City of Gbarnga in Bong County.
